1. General Terms

• These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TicketRunners platform and all associated services provided through the website, mobile applications, NFC cards, and any third-party integrations.
• By registering, purchasing tickets, or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• TicketRunners reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revised Terms.

2. Registration and Account

• To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and updated information. This includes a valid photo, date of birth, ID number, and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to TicketRunners immediately.
• Your NFC card is personal and non-transferable. It serves as your permanent ID for all events managed by TicketRunners.
• The account owner will be held responsible for all activities conducted under their account or associated NFC card.

3. Ticket Purchases

3.1. Ticket Purchases and Delivery

• Tickets purchased through TicketRunners are digital and linked to your NFC card. They cannot be printed or transferred outside of the official resale platform.
• Upon purchase, tickets will be reflected on your account and activated on your NFC card.

3.2. No Resale Policy (Unless Authorized)

• Unless otherwise specified, tickets are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
• If a controlled resale option is available, it will be exclusively facilitated through the official TicketRunners marketplace. Organizers retain the right to collect a percentage of resale profits.

3.3. Access and Validation

• At event gates, your NFC card will be scanned to confirm ticket ownership. Details such as your name, photo, date of birth, and access permissions will be validated.
• Any discrepancies or attempts to use unauthorized NFC cards will result in denied entry.

3.4. Service Fees

• A service fee may apply to all purchases. Fees are non-refundable, even in the case of event cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Event Responsibilities and Limitations

4.1. TicketRunners’ Role

• TicketRunners is responsible solely for the ticketing process, both online and on-ground, up until the final ticketing gate at the event venue.
• Once you have entered the venue after passing through our final gate, the event organizer assumes full responsibility for all aspects of the event, including safety, operations, and event quality.

4.2. Event Cancellation or Modifications

• TicketRunners is not responsible for any event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by the event organizer.
• Refunds or compensation for canceled or altered events are at the sole discretion of the event organizer. TicketRunners cannot guarantee any refunds unless instructed by the organizer.

4.3. Venue Responsibilities

• Any issues related to the event environment, including seating arrangements, security, amenities, technical difficulties, or performance delays, are managed by the event organizer and the venue operator.

5. Event Policies

5.1. Entry Requirements

• You must carry a valid ID matching the information registered on your TicketRunners account.
• Event access may be subject to additional requirements, such as COVID-19 protocols, dress codes, or age restrictions.

5.2. Conduct at Events

• Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and comply with venue and organizer rules. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.

5.3. No Liability Inside the Venue

• Once you have passed the final ticketing gate and entered the event venue, TicketRunners is no longer liable for any incidents, delays, or disruptions that occur inside.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and materials on the TicketRunners website and platform are the property of TicketRunners or its licensors.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including scraping, reproducing, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform, is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• TicketRunners acts as a ticketing and event management service provider. We are not responsible for:
  • Event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by organizers.
  • Personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred at events.
  • Disruptions caused by technical failures, force majeure, or third-party actions.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your ticket purchase or service.

9. Privacy Policy

• By using TicketRunners, you agree to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Your information is used to process ticket purchases, provide customer support, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or to facilitate event access.

10. Termination and Suspension

• TicketRunners reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or deny access to services if you violate these Terms.
• Misuse of NFC cards, fraudulent activity, or breach of event rules will result in permanent account suspension and potential legal action.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
